DRAYN accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition. We accept returns on regular‑priced items, sale items, and worn jewelry, provided the item is not damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DRAYN does not provide prepaid return labels. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. DRAYN reserves the right to refuse returns that show excessive damage or signs of misuse.
Items lost or damaged during return transit are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
